RICK BOYAGES and SAM LICKLITER

Rick Boyages:
Currently the Associate Commissioner for the Mid-American Conference, Rick coached at the collegiate level for 19 years. He served as Head Coach at William & Mary and Bates College, and also spent a decade as Associate Head Coach at Boston College and Ohio State. He has experienced Big East and Big Ten Conference Championships, 5 NCAA Tournaments, two Elite Eights and a Final Four with the Buckeyes in 1999.
Sam Lickliter:
Sam brings nearly three decades of Division I officiating experience to his current position as Supervisor of Officials for the Mid-American and Summit Conferences. A veteran of 15 NCAA Tournaments and 17 NIT’s, Sam has worked 5 NCAA Regionals and a Final Four, as well as the finals of both the Pre-Season and Post-Season NIT. His career spanned 28 years in the MAC and 22 years in the Big Ten. Sam also officiated in the Big 12, C- USA, MVC, A-10, Horizon, Mid-Con, and the OVC.
